What's the minimum order quantity?
For screen printing, we start at just 25 units — far lower than most print shops. Embroidery starts at 12 pieces and promo merch varies by product. We'll always tell you upfront what the minimum is for your specific request.
Do I need to provide my own artwork?
Not at all. Our in-house designers can create your artwork from scratch, or work from a rough sketch, a photo of your logo, even a napkin drawing. Design support is included in every order at no extra charge.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush orders (48–72 hours) are available for most products — ask when you book your consult. We'll always confirm your timeline before you commit.
What are eco-friendly inks and why does it matter?
We use water-based and discharge inks that contain no harsh solvents or PVC. They're better for your wearers, better for our team, and better for the environment. They also produce a softer hand-feel print that your customers will love.
Can I see a sample before my full order is printed?
Yes — every order includes a free digital proof before we go to press. For larger runs we can also produce a physical sample, which we'll discuss during your design consult.
How does the loyalty rewards program work?
